Celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival at The Iowa Children’s Museum!

Join us in celebrating the harvest moon, a tradition cherished in many Asian cultures, with a special focus on Chinese customs in partnership with Midwest Chinese Academy.

Experience Mid-Autumn traditions through hands-on art activities, a Jade Rabbit Scavenger Hunt, and mooncake tasting! At 2:00 join us for a child-led storytime with students of Midwest Chinese Academy, and at 2:30 pm, enjoy a Tai Chi for Kids class led by Guest Coach Dan Song.
