Introduce your child to the world of technology

Children have the opportunity to tinker, create, and problem-solve during Tech Trek. Introduce your child to technology through interactive projects, hands-on technologies, and unplugged activities. We use programmable robots, 3D printers, coding games, and more to give kids a glimpse into the exciting careers that are possible in the tech industry.

Registration: Pre-registration is required.

Schedule: Sessions are 6 weeks long and meet on Wednesday afternoons from 3:15 to 5:30 pm. Drop-off times are flexible to allow for varied school release schedules.

Who: Tech Trek is designed for kids in 1st through 5th grade. This enrichment program is built on the use of laptops. Children participating in this program will need to have some experience with a laptop. This includes being able to power it on and off, as well as manipulate a mouse/touchpad. We help build computer literacy skills, so typing skills are not necessary!
