Access the details of your membership
Logging in to our Member Portal allows you to use the full benefits of your membership (register for a program, view your digital membership card, etc.) To do so, click here and enter the username and password associated with your membership.
Don’t know your username and/or password? Click the “Forgot password?” link on the login page. This allows you to enter the email address associated with your membership to receive a password reset link and username information. Once you have a password, follow the login prompts to access your account.

Once you have logged in to our Member Portal, click on the initials in the top-right corner to view “My Account” where you can download your digital membership card, view the expiration date and other details on your membership, view programs you signed up for, and check out other details about your account.
Renewing your membership
Log in to the Membership Portal system. If you have not created a password yet, click “Don’t have an account? Sign up.” This will email you a link to create a password.
Select the membership level you would like.
Check to make sure contact info is correct for your membership, and that the adult and child members listed are correct. Correct birthdates if needed.
Click Continue, and then Checkout
Enter your payment information, and make a payment
Giving a membership to another family or individual has never been easier! We recommend that all gift memberships be processed as a digital gift card. This allows the receiving family/individual to start the 12-month membership at their convenience (rather than immediately).

Select the amount (options are aligned with membership pricing) that you would like to purchase.
Proceed to check out and finalize your transaction.
All digital gift cards are sent to the email address you provide and can be printed from the comfort of your own home.
Memberships expire 12 months from the date of purchase. You can view the specific date that your membership expires by logging into the Membership Portal and clicking your initials in the upper right corner to view your profile.
Membership cards are now digital! To view your card, log in to our Membership Portal and click on your initials in the top right corner. Select “Membership” from the menu to view your digital card, which can be saved to your Apple or Google Wallet. Digital cards are also shared in the confirmation email when you purchase a membership.
This digital card is acceptable for receiving discounts through the Association of Children’s Museum Reciprocal Network.
We offer member-only hours each week! Typically we are open for members from 9-10 a.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Check out our calendar for the most up-to-date information.
Your membership is non-transferrable, but you know firsthand how awesome it is to receive the gift of play! If you’d like to purchase a gift card or gift membership for someone else, click here.
We send updates to the email address associated with your membership on a regular basis, including information about your membership, early access to program registration, and other museum news.
