Two special activities are planned\, highlighting the rich heritage of this festive season: \n\nWednesday\, January 29: 1:00–3:00 PM\nExplore Lunar New Year traditions with hands-on activities in our Art Studio! Create vibrant snake-themed red envelopes and bookmarks\, symbols of good fortune and prosperity\, and take a photo in front of our festive backdrop. \nDon’t miss the dragon dance performed by our friends from the Chinese Culture Club and the APAPA Eastern Iowa Chapter at 1:30\, 2:00\, and 2:30 pm—a celebration highlight that brings luck and energy to the New Year! \n\nSaturday\, February 8: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM\nMark the closing of the Lunar New Year season with an enchanting Lantern Festival activity. Children can craft their own colorful lanterns in our Art Studio\, a tradition symbolizing reunion and hope. \n\n

Create vibrant snake-themed red envelopes and bookmarks\, symbols of good fortune and prosperity\, and take a photo in front of our festive backdrop. \nDon’t miss the dragon dance performed by our friends from the Chinese Culture Club and the APAPA Eastern Iowa Chapter at 1:30\, 2:00\, and 2:30 pm—a celebration highlight that brings luck and energy to the New Year! \n\nSaturday\, February 8: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM\nMark the closing of the Lunar New Year season with an enchanting Lantern Festival activity. Children can craft their own colorful lanterns in our Art Studio\, a tradition symbolizing reunion and hope. \n\n
