Your membership is a gateway to imagine, create, discover and explore throughout the year. Access our Member Portal to sign up for another year of fun (more details below). If you prefer to renew your membership in person, just stop by our front desk and our PLAYologists will be happy to help you.

How to Renew Your Membership Online

  • Log in to the Membership Portal system.  If you don’t remember your password or have not created one yet, click Need Help Logging On?  This will email a link to the email address you provided when first signing up for a membership. This link will allow you to create or update your password.  
  • Select the membership level you would like.
  • Check to make sure contact info is correct for your membership, and that the adult and child members listed are correct.  Correct birthdates if needed.
  • If you would like to add a guest add-on, you can do so at the top of the page, where it says “Guest Member.”
    • If you selected to add a Guest Member, enter Guest as first name and Guest as last name.
  • Click Continue, and then Checkout
  • Enter your payment information, enter any discount codes to the Discount Code box, and Make Payment
