Why Join the ICM Membership Program?
The Iowa Children's Museum is dedicated to educating children and strengthening families in an informal, interactive learning environment that inspires every child to imagine, create, discover, and explore through the power of play.
Joining the ICM Membership Program enables your family to take advantage of unlimited visits to our outstanding exhibits and programs for an entire year at a significant discount at the times that are most convenient for you. The average family membership costs the museum $210 in actual costs. Museum membership costs are subsidized by contributions from our annual donors so that we are able hold our membership fee at $100.
As a non-profit organization, your participation in our membership program helps to ensure that The Iowa Children's Museum continues to thrive as a family resource that helps children grow into creative, capable individuals who realize how much fun learning can be!
Membership Benefits:
- 10% Discount on Programs - Includes ICM Summer Camps and special workshops through out the year.
- 10% Discount on Birthday Parties - ICM Birthday Parties are fun for kids and a piece of cake for adults.
- 10% Discount at the Think Tank - ICM t-shirts, educational toys, games, puzzles, and more delight children and adults alike!
- $10 off an ICM Punch Pass - Get and even more discounted rate on our punch pass that is good for 12 regular admissions.
- FREE admission to all Association of Children's Museum Reciprocal Program member museums!
Membership Options
Museum memberships cannot be shared by multiple families.
FAMILY MEMBERSHIP $100
Includes free admission for one year for two named adults living in one household and all named children under age 18 living in that same household.
GRANDPARENT MEMBERSHIP $100
Includes free admission for one year for two named grandparents living in one household and all of their named grandchildren under age 18.
SERIOUS FUN MEMBERSHIP $350
Includes all the Family Membership benefits plus some extra Serious Fun that includes:
- a FREE birthday party (up to 10 kids and 2 adults),
- a FREE half-day summer camp (non transferable, may be redeemed as a donation to the ICM for Everyone Program. This will allow a low-income family to participate in a summer camp),
- 5 Move It! Dig It! Do It! tickets,
- and 10 FREE museum admission coupons.
REGISTERED CAREGIVER $150

For your convenience, download an application and either mail it to The Iowa Children's Museum at 1451 Coral Ridge Avenue, Coralville, IA 52241 or drop it off at the museum during regular business hours.
