The Iowa Children's Museum hosts a variety of fun and exciting fundraising events as well as special programming events that will appeal to everyone in the community. The ICM Fundraisers play an integral part in providing resources necessary to operate the museum. Not only do they provide funds for daily operations, but also for ICM For Everyone Memberships, new museum programming as well as supporting new exhibits for our members and visitors to enjoy.

Iowa Children’s Museum is pleased to present Move it! Dig it! Do it!,
the first event of this kind in Eastern Iowa! Move it! Dig it! Do it!
is a fantastically fun family experience that will engage young and old
alike! Put on your construction hat as you dig through sand to discover
buried treasures! Enjoy a buggy ride being pulled by a team of
Clydesdale horses! Create your own cement hand-print garden stone! Get
a unique up-close look at large construction equipment and learn how
they have changed the way we live!

Get ready for some Monster Mash fun! Join us as we celebrate Halloween with one of the biggest Halloween parties in the area! Dress up in your costume and play spooky games, make arts and crafts, see a magic show, create your own slime with a mad scientist and listen to the sounds of Spooky Tubas! Tons of tricks, treats, prizes and entertainment! Over 25 activities and games! $10 will provide your child with all of the activities and 'treat bags' full of goodies, treats and coupons! Proceeds benefit The Iowa Children's Museum.

Celebrate PLAY will be held at the Coralville Marriott Hotel and Convention Center, also a sponsor of the event, on Friday, November 7th at 6pm. Start your evening off by playing games of chance - where everyone is a winner! Discover amazing and unique live and silent auction items, feast on fabulous food from area restaurants, (served by the UI baseball team!) and be prepared for special surprises all evening as we Celebrate PLAY together!
